I am logged in as a User name / Administrator... but that isn't same as
Administrator. My first discovery is that all user control has been removed
from System Manager. My second discovery is that in UC there is no freaking
Administrator account.
Anybody know how to deal with this?

There shouldn't be any linebreaks in that command.
Replace the obvious things with your correct information
