OK, since you have already replaced the batteries, I might suggest that
perhaps one/both batteries may have suffered infant mortality. Internal short
circuit.  Can you have them both load tested?
Aside from that, maybe the PowerChute SW has a bug and is turning the
UPS off.  The old serial version of PC that came with UPS's is so buggy I
can not use it!
Lastly, the UPS just may have gone Tango-Uniform............ :)
