I disconnected the serial cable and will try to rule out software issues that way. I wasn't sure if this could be a symptom of UPS failure or not. I sure hope not, I love this unit. The software reports the battery has full charge and everything is WNL, it does a self test daily and reports OK -- Regards, joeuser - Still looking for the 'any' key...
