Only if you use Windows 7 or whatever version of linux supports it (no trim support for the mac yet) And also only if you use drive controllers which support it (no raid controller supports trim yet to my knowledge) and the driver that talks to the drive supports trim, Intel Matrix Storage Manager doesn't support trim (yet).
