[H] Win7 question#2

I now run Windows7pro 32-bit on one PC. Was not able to erase/format my 
c:\ partition
prior to my install. Fine. My bad. Could not install the 64-bit version. 
But, this query is not
focused on its' 'bit version.'
I did notice that my 'code' contains SP1. OK.
I also noticed that my install required 108 M$ patches.
Is there any clue that Win7 SP2 may be close to birth?
Or, has M$ totally moved on to Win8.1 now?
