[H] PSU

[FORC5]

Have a PSU that on cold start shows 5v rail fluxing 4.3 to 5. Warmed 
up flurs 4.9/5.

I suspect may be what is causing my friends blue screens. Have not 
tested the drives yet.
PSU is a 640watt Raidmax about 4 years old.
drives are Hitachi. I hear they now belong to WD.
