My existing Asus mobo has quit the sound. an A8N-VM.
I tried an Asus Zonar DX pci exp. sound card.
I contacted Asus and they told me there is no driver that will work on
W2K.The sales literature did not mention this.
Expensive but the drivers mess up my W2K OS so I need another solution.
Is there another card that will work with W2K?
2; If I get a new mobo with sound like the Asus M4A785TD-V EVO can I
plug my HD with W2K OS into it and boot up.
Or will I have to do a complete fresh install?
I really do not want to leave my W2K.
