[H] Win7 - Back to Defaults

I'm looking at this system for a friend of mine which has Win7 on it, 
but someone has heavily modified it.  Start-up screen, theme, fonts, 
standard icons, the whole lot.  Since my friend 'can't find' all the of 
the programs to reinstall, I'd like to try and get this install back to 
original or close.  Is there an easy way to get all this stuff back to 
default?  I can go in by hand and change a lot of this stuff, but it'll 
be very time consuming.
