Intel's Sandy Bridge is also due in Q1. Quad cores in January, dual cores in Feb.
I agree that Brazos will make a very compelling platform, and does bridge the gap somewhat between low end notebooks and netbooks, but it's still only interesting to me in the slate/netbook form factor, where Atom is pure trash. I'm pretty excited about the possibility of having a Brazos-powered slate though.
