MacRumors.com has a Buyer's Guide section that shows when the last product 
refreshes were and what if anything the current rumors are. Pretty helpful.

With the last revision of Macbooks and Macbookpros coming out last April and 
May, I think it's pretty safe to say there will be a refresh soon! I'm also 
holding out for Sandy Bridge.
