I've played a lot with hyperv server and tend to like it. That isn't to say
there aren't hitches. Most users will need to run a script and some batch
files on the client to run the management console, which is annoying. But they
make them available. But performance with it is good, and hardware support
(and the ability to add hardware support) is very very good, which is a perk.

How is Hyper-V? We're still using VMware here and have no issues with it.
