The quad-core (technically, 5-core) Tegra 3 launched this week, with the Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime the first to sport it--beginning next month.
The Xoom has a terrible profile--it's very thick. That's why I went with the SGT10, even though I had to give up a replaceable battery and ports/SD reader with it.
