I don't think that I can really provide good authoritative responses on
those two questions, primarily because I don't really use the GPS or BT on
mobile devices that much. I use a superb Garmin 1350LMT for navigation -
I've never found a mobile device, including various iterations of the
iPhone, that I felt could compare in terms of responsiveness, accuracy, and
ease of use. That said, the times that I have used them, I can't remember
having any issues. It does indeed have a plastic back, which may very well
lead to superior antenna performance over the Prime.

I don't think that Samsung has provided a timetable for ICS on the SGT10,
but they have confirmed that it will be receiving it.

I really just wouldn't buy one right now. We're just now beginning to see
native tablet designs for ICS with improved GPUs and quad-core ARM
processors. Unless you're hurting for one right now, we're probably not far
away from having a far better selection to choose from. Just my 2 cents.
