If I remember right it's really easy to upgrade the 4GB model to a large hard drive (a bunch of WD laptop drives can be converted to 360 use). I did one for one of our 360's when the hack came out. If it's a lot cheaper, factor in adding the larger drive yourself then see which is the better deal.
