I bought one of these last year on impulse, at a Amazon sale. I think
it is a 2 and I paid 45 bucks for it. You plug it into your network,
plug USB2 drives into it, mine has two ports, and you can access them
from your Lan or a web browser by logging into their site. It is like
the cloud but it isn't actually in the cloud, it's in your house. I
don't use it very often but it does what it is suppose to do.

Anyone know about this device? Seems like a cool way to have your
own online storage without using anyone else's hardware (other than
internet connections). I have fast up/down links at work, so I could
put one of these there and have complete control over why share. It
sounds like a cool thing. They are selling it to people who use the
cloud for $60, while online it costs $100.
