No issues like that here. Just like mentioned, sounds like someone got
your info and attempted to reset your account. They may have access to
an email account of yours - web based, I'm sure. Been on STEAM for years
and never seen anything like this. I will tell you STEAM support is a
frakking joke. Better to figure it out yourself. Good luck...
