You were right Daniel. There was a typo in the earlyharetlog.txt filename. And also with the panic=30 option, after booting, the display no longer freezes. After the kernel panic it says it is rebooting in 30 seconds and it does to the WinCE. Here is the haretlog.txt file. Hope it is informative. Thanks.
