I hope this does not upset any group. My daughter Nicole brought Keira to the city for an evaluation. The eval shows that the right eye is doing fine, but the left eye is not. There is new growth and Keira is undergoing a laser surgery treatment. In addition to this, her optic nerve in this eye, which leads to the brain, is inflamed. They need to determine the reason for the inflammation and there is a potential that they will have to remove the eye. There is only enough time today for them to do the laser surgery so they have to go back to the city next week to evaluate the problems in the left eye more closely. Please sending healing blessings and prayers to Keira and Nicole. The doctor has said that the tumors in both eyes appear dead... Keira's retinas are both reattached and her eyesight continues to improve on the right side. There has not been much improvement on the left side. Keira's treatment will continue status quo at this time and they will return to the city in about two weeks. This news is better than I hoped for and I thank you all for the prayers and blessings. Please keep them coming as we are not out of the woods yet. Thanks.
