I am currently running the Encyclopedia Judaica on a Windows XP platform with no difficulty. I have an older version, one that requries a hasp, and it did not require any special steps beyond the normal instasllation when I upgraded to XP. I also know individuals with a newer version of the EJ that does not require a hasp running on XP and they too do not have any problems. I can concur, however, that when support or assistance is needed on other matters there is no one to talk to.
