Send in the grammar police! :-) I'm just kidding. Judaica is a
noun. Since the library contains "things," it is a library of
Judaica. In English the genitive ending is almost non
existent. "Library" of Judaica Library is genitive. "Judaica" is not
an adjective and "Judaic" would not be appropriate because that is
just not the way we use the word.

No one should waste the librarian's time with this. Better they
should all learn to speak Hebrew so that they can change the name to
The Grand Hebraica and Yiddica Library of Judaic Sources. :-) ( I am
trying to be amusing.)
