This is to publicly thank you, Suzy, for all your help. Apparently, the situation has been corrected, and I am now listed as receiving the AJL rate for the entire stay. And, the hotel's conference coordinator did call me back to assure me of same. I hope that this has also been done for Yelena and anyone else who encountered a similar problem. Now, if only they could change the special AJL reservation page from "Association fo Jewish Librarians" [sic] to what it should actually be! Thanks, Suzy! --Elliot
