This summer we were fortunate to have the national CAJE conference here in St. Louis. Of the 4 or 5 book related sessions offered, 3 were overlapping. We were lucky to have Rachel Kamin attend and present but the focus of most of the sessions was toward teachers using books and not geared toward the importance of community, synagogue and school libraries.
