I am glad to see this topic. I have become increasingly concerned about the materials being purchased by public libraries on Israel and the "Palestinian-Israeli Conflict".
I quit my membership to ALA because of their biased, anti-Israel stance. Many of the reviews and bibliographies in their periodicals, such as this one, reflect this one-sided view. Unfortunately, these review sources are heavily used by public librarians. I have been trying to suggest more balanced titles for my library and would appreciate any suggestions from this group.
