Hi all Our library, and the entire top two floors of the temple are being renovated and I recently took a peak at the construction. I had been informed that the design team had decided on a bold color scheme to go along with the new "look" which is quite modern. What I saw was not to my liking howeverthe main wall opposite the circ desk as you walk in, has been painted bright orange. I mean bright orange! Like, sort of one shade less than a traffic cone!
Does anyone know how I can locate any studies that state that calmer colors are more conducive to study and reading and quiet such as the things one would want to promote at a library? I am going to do my best to get the wall re-painted .
