My understanding is that 5 of the 6 "Big Six" publishers, including Macmillan, Penguin, Simon & Schuster, (and all their imprints) will not make ebooks available to libraries. This eliminates some of our most popular titles (e.g. Sarah's Key). If you learn otherwise, please let us know. Andrea
