We have a book with all the congregants names in it with a column/large space for book stickers. These stickers are reusable. We write a bit of the title on the sticker and it's identification number. If a congregants wants to check out a book they take the sticker off the book and put it next to their name. The books are on a cart in the synagogue atrium where there are tables for the kiddush.
