Michelle, I don't know who's in charge of Judaica specifically, but I
recently had occasion to use their online "ask a librarian" service
regarding a specific Hebraica manuscript and was promptly and ably
helped by whomever the appropriate person is there. I suppose the
question is forwarded to the subject specialist if the person on the
receiving end isn't able to field the query.
Go to
http://www.bnf.fr/en/collections_and_services/a.ask_a_librarian_sindbad.html
and select "Manuscripts" from the "question's subjects" drop-down menu.
There you can ask for the direct contact info if that is all your patron
needs.

I have a graduate student who is looking to access manuscripts at the
Bibliotheque Nationale in Paris, but we are having trouble finding contact
information for the person who deals with the Judaica specifically. Does
anyone know if there is a Judaica curator (or its equivelent) at the BnF?
