Hi Conal, hi café, I'm currently devoting most of my time to this and plan to continue doing so (in the form of a PhD and work via my company).
I've been working on a thorough review of the current status and a comparative analysis (using a fairly demanding, well-known algorithm to compare several aspects of different frameworks, including performance, readability, etc.) I can't give deadlines wrt. when things will be published, but would be happy to keep in touch with other people who are interested in this area of FP.
