Or you could look at e.g. http://isg.rainbow.com/products/ns_1.html,
where they sell a PCI card for IPsec and other crypto, complete with
"PowerPC 401 core processor, a hardware random number generator, and
two 512 bit hardware modular-exponentiators".
Apparently, the Intel i810 chipset also contains a hardware random
number generator. See
