I've tried that.  Usually they apologize for closing all the tickets, but 
don't do anything else.  My most recent batch of surveys was two weeks 
ago.  I haven't heard back anything yet.  Perhaps it's a kindness -- when 
they responded, they engendered a false sense of hope that something might 
yet happen.
