Sounds a bit like cisco, who assigned a smartnet contract to my var, took weeks to rectify it and then refused to support their broken product on the premise that the whole registration mixup was my fault.
If somehow brand-new cisco products showed up on my doorstep tommorrow with a "sorry please accept this gift" note attached to it, I'd sent them a bill for garbage disposal. I will never buy their crap again, and work hard to make sure my customers don't either.
