Right.  My idea was just to use NOW as the storefile seqid/flushid (if future 
timestamps are not allowed, we maintain a property of no versions in a 
storefile being newer than the seqid/flush stamp).  Nothing fancy like getting 
the newest version of the flush or anything, don't think that's necessary.
