I use Yahoo mail. When I reply to a JIRA email, my reply goes on the ticket. I
do this all the time with my Blackberry (configured to send response as
apurt...@apache.org via the Y! mail system). Most of the time I don't use the
JIRA web interface. So maybe it's a gmail thing?
