Note:
One more feature is potentially needed, depending on how complex it is to work
with it, and that is a notion of projectionSchema - currently not decided yet
if this belongs in HCatInputFormat, or belongs inside the record - my current
gut feeling for clean design is that it doesn't belong inside the record, but
willing to revisit if needed.
