i have created a follow up ticket in Hive
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HIVE-2809 to possibly port these changes
into Hive. It makes more sense if storage handler authorization providers lived
in Hive, since this will allow better Hive/Hcat compatibility regarding hcat
security.
