Here's a version of a patch that handles the e2e changes needed to work with
pulling the code apart. This is meant to be applied on top of the checkin for
PIG-357, so it will only apply to the trunk for now. I tried not to break the
changes made there, but I'll bet I failed. Yahoo guys, please test this and
see if it works in your setup. The basic idea is now instead of trying to grab
HCat, Hive, etc from your build area it assumes they are installed on your
system and depends on you to indicate where.
This patch also needs to be tested with rpm installs, which I haven't done yet.
It's being put here so others can get a look at it.
