That is a shell script, on mac or linux open a terminal window, cd to the
directory containing the script, and run it by entering
'./prepare_level2_feat_analysis.sh'.  We probably don't have a windows
version of the script, and getting the shell you need running on windows is
more involved (for instance, with cygwin).
