Hello HCP users, I am trying to find out what the row ordering of the HCP_S500 dconn file is (HCP_S500_R468_MIGPd4500ROW.dconn.nii). In wb_view there are both the node_index and row_index given for this file. The node_index seems to referring to the same vertex as the fs_32k_LR surfaces and labels. The row_index however seems to be giving inconsistent differences with the node_index, which leads me to conclude that it is not ordered in the same way? From the header file of the .dconn is seems that the row ordering is [CTX_L, CTX_R, OTHER_VOLUME_STRUCS]. Is it the case that a different surface definition is used for the cortex parts of the dconn?
