Dear Sir, While running the pipeline i am getting following error "
"mris_make_surfaces: error while loading shared libraries: libnetcdf.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory " I have seen that this question was asked before and you have suggested an answer here http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg00782.html I have manually downloaded deb file of libnetcdf.so.6 (http://packages.ubuntu.com/precise/i386/libnetcdf6/download) and installed in the directory /usr/lib but it is still giving me the same error.
