Is PALM typically run on the output of FEAT or in it's place? Are there any example scripts available using PALM on HCP-type data that could be helpful for adapting to my data and analyses?

I saw that PALM by FSL was recommended in a previous thread. Is that still recommended? Is that to be used in place of film or FEAT or after on the regression output?
