Hi Michael,

PALM can be used either in place of FEAT at higher levels, or together it,
using as inputs the COPEs from lower levels. As Michael Harms said earlier,
this is exactly one of the practicals of the upcoming HCP course. The
course materials will be available online for download shortly after, but
if you can't wait a full month and would like to see a draft version, just
send me an email off-list.
