Hi,
Are you sure everything was installed successfully?

I would:
1) Re-install the latest (“R015”) version of the MB package.
2) Import the example “CCF protocol” available here:
http://protocols.humanconnectome.org/CCF/

If you are still having problems at that point, you can open a support request
with the CMRR folks at:
https://github.com/CMRR-C2P/MB

cheers,
-MH

I have run CMRR_MB_SE, CMRR_MB_EPI, and CMRR_MB_DWI, both EPI and DWI have
breaked off during my scanning.

Best wishes!

I have run CMRR_MB sequences for 5 sessions, and 6 runs for each session.
Today, in my experiment, I met 2 breaks in one session. when I tried to rescan
the same sequence after break, the scanner shimming again, which is not
supposed to.

Best wishes!

How many multi-band sequences have you run by this point?

Peace,

Matt.

Subject: [HCP-Users] about scanning stability of CMRR_MB Sequences

Dear Professors,

I tried the CMRR_MB Sequences(including EPI and DWI) in our SIEMENS prisma 3.0T
scanner, and the sequences usually break off during scanning, nearly one break
off in every session, which bothers me very much. While the scanner is stable
when other sequences(e.g. SMS sequence from SIEMENS) are used. I hope to know
if you have met this problem before??? If yes, how did you solve it??? Thanks
very much! Look forward to your reply!

Best wishes!
