Dear HCP experts, There are WM/GM surface and pial surface. I think vertices and parcels are things to represent these surfaces, but I’m still confused with these two nouns. You know, there is a backtracking algorithm to divide surface into different number of regions with each region having its cortical thickness. What the algorithm need are also vertices and parcels. What’s the parcel’s meaning?
Thanks. _______________________________________________ HCP-Users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.humanconnectome.org/mailman/listinfo/hcp-users
