On a side note, we don't recommend using volumetric methods for group
cortical analysis, volumetric cross-subject cortical alignment isn't as
good as mapping to surface and using surface registration, because volume
registration doesn't deal with cortical folding variability well (and also
because function varies in its placement relative to folding patterns).
