what is the exact command executed by make ? In most of the platform with "undefined reference" issue the HDF5_LIBS=-L/usr/local/hdf5/lib -lhdf5 -lz -lm must be at the end of line, something like: <your compiler> -c source -o binary -L/usr/local/hdf5/lib -lhdf5 -lz -lm Regards Marco _______________________________________________ Hdf-forum is for HDF software users discussion.
