Great work Uma! And thanks Yi for the review.
I will start working on HDFS-8014 soon. Based on discussion with Nicholas and
Yi, my current plan is to expose {{DFSInputStream#actualGetFromOneDataNode}}
and call it from {{processErasureCodingTasks}}. Then I guess HDFS-7348 can add
the logic of decoding obtained data and build recovered blocks. Let me know if
the plan sounds good to you.
