Thanks, Anu. If that's the case, it sounds like it would be more appropriate
to replace "uint64 start" with "string prevKey" so that the list operation can
pick up where it left off. I also question whether count needs to be 64
bits... I have trouble imagining a single list RPC requesting more than a
billion elements.
