When all data directory volumes pulled out in DataNode, Its better to shutdown.

When we pulled out all the data directory volumes in DataNode,
it is not shuttingdown. Because of this NameNode is keep selecting this DN
also for write.
But datanode is saying 'No available volumes' and throwing exception.
Instead of this, we can shutdown the DataNode.
