checks for Entering_Maintenance and then In_Imaintenance on best efforts....
It's a good catch. I agree on that there is a chance that state can might miss
seeing the Entering Maintenance state in the current test. Your suggestion can
solve this problem. And other two comments also make sense to me.
Attach the new patch to address the comments. Kindly take a look.
