Thanks [~msingh] for the work on this! The patch also looks good to me. One
comment: seems the modify time is absolutely same with the created time now. Is
there any case that we just update the modify time in future under
OzoneFileSystem? Just curious for this.

Here some other places used {{String}} type, I think the reason is that the
field {{createdOn}}, {{modifiedOn}} is the date string rather than a long type
number value.
